Young adults doing wieght training.
This early morning functional fitness class is designed to get the day started off right. It has been proven to be the greatest way to maximize energy and get the most out of each day. The routines involved require very little equipment and teach participants unique and engaging ways to “Work-It-Out” when they are unable to get to the gym. Body weight exercises, cardiovasucal exercise, balance, plyometric and isometrics are the primary focus of this program.
