Join DriveTrain Athletics and discover the lifelong benefits of hiking!! Classes will meet twice weekly to learn the “strength” training required for hiking and participants will receive yoga and cardio training regiments via email to be completed independently during the off days. Weekends hiking suggestions and get together will also be planned for those interested in taking a hike!!
