Refunds for programs will be given only if a recreational opportunity is canceled due to lack of registration or a department opportunity schedule change is made.
Refunds for recreational opportunities will be given for proven medical reasons. However, refunds must be requested before the first opportunity period and must be put in writing. Once an opportunity begins, no refunds will be given. It is therefore, requested that careful consideration be given prior to registering for a recreational opportunity offered by the Bloomfield Leisure Services Department.
Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged an additional $25
