All Youth Programs are for residents only. Non-residents may attend adult classes as indicated at an additional fee.

Auto Insurance Card
A utility bill (electric, telephone, gas or cable*)
A major credit card bill*
Mail received within last month that the Post Office has put a sticker on. (Minimum of 2 pieces of mail needed) *
